The company is proud of its heritage in building and civil engineering. Starting as a sub-contractor in the 1960's it has grown to a much larger limited company and today we employ 30 plus tradesmen and have a £3million turnover.
The company has striven to maintain good standards of construction and ensured employment of qualified tradesmen.
Management controls the business with direct involvement of the directors. William Quigley, with overall responsibility specifically operates the management of the civil engineering activities. John Quigley supervises all building works often operating as site manager on the larger projects. Angela White supervises the administration and office operation.
The company is very aware of its responsibility as a diligent and safety aware employer. Many of our tradesmen started with the company as apprentices and were supported and trained by the construction industry and training board (CITB). The company takes the safety of its employers very seriously ensuring that all employees are fully qualified. Every employee is provided with personal protective equipment (PPE) and made aware of the risks in construction activities through tool box talks, inductions and interventions by directors.
